Please upload all construction drawings and specs for review. You may hand-deliver / drop-off, or mail them to our office at 1000 Ross Municipal Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 – a scanning fee will be added to the Permit Fee
- Site Survey (marked-up with setback-distances from property lines to the new construction; fences are permitted to be constructed on the property lines)

- Detailed drawings (blueprints) showing the materials & design of the construction

* PAYMENT should only be made when the permit status is “PAYMENT REQUIRED”. If the fee is on the record but the status is not “PAYMENT REQUIRED”, the permit is still under review.

This will allow you to view permit record details for permits / applications administrated by the Township. End-users may view permit information, status of permit, make payment, and download & print permit placard and approved documents from the record.

The printable permit / placard and APPROVED documents will become available to download AFTER the permit is deemed approved and payment is received. Please allow 24 hours for the APPROVED documents to become available – the permit status will then be changed to ISSUED PERMIT.
